Saturday, May 30th, 2026

Congratulations to the Class of 2026! Seniors, you are such a wonderful group of young men and young women. We are encouraged by the beautiful and different ways you have been gifted and the confidence you have to be the individuals God has created you to be. We can’t wait to watch and see God’s plans unfold in your lives. We hope you will come back and tell us about the journey. We are so proud of you!

Tucker Jamison graduates as Valedictorian, and has been at Regents since second grade. A winner of the Coram Deo award, he has been Head of the House of Luther for two years, winning the House Cup in 2025. "One of my favorite parts about senior year has been the younger kids and House Leadership," said Tucker. "Interacting with them at House Meetings and Pep Rally and being a role model, that's the most fun part for me."  Tucker also received
significant athletic recognition and was a captain of Varsity Baseball and Basketball, Regional MVP in Basketball, two-time State Champion in Basketball, and Track & Field State Champion in the High Jump, 200m and 4x400m. Tucker is a Classical Learning Test Distinguished Scholar and also started a mobile detailing business with another Regents alumnus, D&T Mobile Detailing, that recently hired their first full-time employee. "My favorite class was tenth grade Rhetoric," said Tucker. "It helped me to learn how to speak in public and allowed me to look at things from different angles." Tucker will attend the University of Virginia and plans to to study business.

James Rebolledo graduates as Salutatorian, and has been at Regents since tenth grade. He has been Scribe of the House of Patrick for two years and started the "Patty Press," a House of Patrick publication that updates students on recent school events. He also became an Eagle Scout through Boy Scouts of America. James was an integral member of the drama program, acting as the leads in two main stage plays, Haemon in Antigone and Oberon in A Midsummer Night's
Dream and he was one of the first male members of the Cantorum. James competed in the English Speaking Union's Regional Shakespeare Competition for three years, placing in the top three in the school every year, and winning the school-level competition and competing at Regionals his senior year.
James started playing Varsity Baseball for the first time with former coach Cooper Good. "He knew I wasn't going to be good, but he still let me join, and I fell in love with the sport. He was an encouragement to me," said James. His involvement on the team led to an interest in designing sports trading cards for the school's athletic program through his business, Jazz Cards.

"I have seen how Regents is designed to build someone who thinks critically, understand what they believe in, and defend it to the world around them," said James. "Mr. Harris has been indispensable for my education and upbringing. He taught me how to speak, how to articulate, and how to persuade and think." James will attend Liberty University where he hopes to grow his knowledge of business while studying Entrepreneurship.

Elijah Anokye-Gyambrah came to Regents in ninth grade. Elijah is a Coram Deo Award winner, was a Captain on the Varsity Boys Basketball Team for two years, and received several awards, including First Team All-Tournament and All-State, as well as MVP of the State Tournament. Elijah also received First Team All-State honors in Varsity Boys Soccer. "The biggest thing I learned at Regents is probably to try new things," said Elijah. "If I  had never tried Cross Country for one season, I would have thought it was the easiest thing in the
world, but I brought what it taught me about mental focus into basketball, soccer, and academics. I learned that if I just push myself five more minutes it will benefit me in the long run."

In defense of the Education Improvement Scholarships Tax Credits Program, Elijah eloquently testified two years in a row at the Virginia House of Delegates against bills threatening the state's tax credit program for private school scholarships. Elijah's favorite class was Mr. Keller's Hermeneutics class. "We had a really fun time and I learned a lot about the Bible that year," he said. Other favorite memories include the class's sunrise hike, spring field trips, and helping out with Grammar School PE classes. "I learned to always try to meet new people and be friendly, because you don't know how they will affect you a year from now," said Elijah. Elijah plans to attend James Madison University and study Computer Science with a minor in Psychology.

Cameron Smith came to Regents in kindergarten and is one of three students to graduate having been at Regents for all thirteen years of her schooling. Cameron was Captain of the Varsity Volleyball Team for 2 years, receiving All-Conference, All-Region, and All-State Honors, as well as the MVP of the Conference Tournament her senior year. Above all her pursuits, Volleyball was where Cameron shined at Regents. "Even though I'm not playing in college, playing for Regents and having my
mom coach made me have such a love for the sport and it's something I want to continue," said Cameron.

Cameron also played in the two founding seasons on the Varsity Girls Soccer Team, including as Captain, and played on the Varsity Girls Basketball Team. She received an $18,000 Emily Couric Leadership Scholarship which "empowers young women who are changing the world" for her service to the Charlottesville community through Backpack Buddies and supporting Region 10 through a supply drive. Cameron was a two-time All-School Art Show Winner and was on the committee to organize four school dances and events.

Some of Cameron's favorite memories include water balloon fights or relays during house meetings at Jefferson Park Baptist Church, Mr. Harris's teaching, and the special connection of being part of a small class. Cameron plans to study Marketing in the College of Business at James Madison University.

William Bascom has been at Regents since third grade, and has been Scribe of Augustine and a Yearbook Staff Member. William shines on the golf course as a four-year Varsity Golf Captain, a one-time winner of the VACA State Championship as an individual and leading the team to the State Championship title this year. William has also played on the Varsity Boys Basketball Team for three years and was a one-year Captain and State Champion. "My favorite memories of Regents were after golf tournaments, going out to get food together, or from basketball,
on the bus rides with the team, with no phones, just laughing and making jokes after a win," said William. Another favorite memory of William's was starting the Regents Football League with friends during ninth grade. The RFL has grown and expanded over the years and continues to this day.
"My favorite classes were definitely Mr. Harris's classes and especially Senior Thesis, because it's nice to pick a topic that you're very passionate about and be able to defend that topic all year," said William. He spent his senior year researching the effects of pharmaceutical advertising on our country. Williamwill be attending James Madison University and plans to study Business with hopes of walking on to the Golf Team.

Carlan Bryant came to Regents in fifth grade. Carlan was on the Varsity Volleyball Team for all four years, and played on the Varsity Girls Basketball and Varsity Girls Soccer teams. Carlan was also a member of Art Club, and helped organize four school dances and events. "My biggest takeaway from Regents is that it's good to have new experiences, and try new sports or meet new people who you don't think you'd be friends with. It's always people who you wouldn't think you'd
be friends with who actually are there for you. You also learn a lot about yourself when you do things you wouldn't normally do," said Carlan.
"My favorite memory as a senior class was when we won Karaoke at our Watermarks retreat," said Carlan. "We took a lot of time practicing it and took it very seriously, it was very fun because we went all out with it." Carlan will attend Piedmont Virginia Community College, where she plans to study photography and psychology.

Josh Tiwari has been at Regents since fourth grade and is the Head of the Board Game Club, and participated in Quiz Bowl. "What I like about Board Game Club is you're able to think strategically while learning about history," Josh said. Josh also competed in shot put on the Track & Field Team for two years, and played Varsity Baseball for one year.
"My favorite class this year was Literature because the books we have been reading are interesting, we get
to read books and discuss them in depth," said Josh. "The Brothers Karamazov has been the most interesting because of the themes we discuss in class." Josh plans to attend Christopher Newport University, where he is interested in studying Business.

Theo Aberra started at Regents in seventh grade. Theo has been on the Varsity Track & Field Team for four years, and also played Varsity Boys Soccer and Varsity Boys Basketball. He was on the State Championship winning basketball team, and did projects with the Service Club.
Theo's favorite class was art with Mrs. Atwell because of her positive energy and the cheerful atmosphere she creates, allowing him to grow in his art skills. "Something I learned
from Regents is getting into the habit of reading the Bible," said Theo. "In Mr. Harris's class we do recitations every day, and I like being in the habit of memorizing Bible verses." Theo plans to continue his studies at Piedmont Virginia Community College in the fall and is interested in a medical career.
