Cast of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" Completes Four Show Run

Twenty-seven cast and crew put on a rousing performance of Shakespeare's A Midsummer's Night's Dream before Easter. Director Kara Faraldi wrote in her Director's Note that, "In a fall 2024 talk, scholar and poet Malcolm Guite made the following observation: 'I feel one of the things we need most in the West is re-enchantment...We're not re-enchanting the world. What we're doing is un-disenchanting ourselves. The world is still as enchanting as ever it was...But we have eyes that see not, ears that hear not, and hearts that neither feel nor understand...One of the things that poetry can do is to take away that film of familiarity and make the world enchanted again.'" Our school community was definitely moved to enchantement by the hilarious, expressive performance! Well done to Ms. Faraldi and all the cast and crew who worked tirelessly to put on this production.
