Alumni Spotlight on Halle Trivette ('24)

Halle Trivette, Class of 2024, published her first coloring book in September. Every page is hand drawn, designed to engage the creative side of your brain and help you relax.

"During my time at Regents, I learned how to think about challenges and solve problems," Halle shared. "When I started creating my coloring book, I knew absolutely nothing about what it takes to pull off printing and publishing. After several incorrect trim sizes, countless support chats, and three publishing attempts, my coloring book finally went live. The inconveniences I faced never stopped being frustrating, but that’s all they were—inconveniences—and each one had a solution."

"Regents taught me to sit with problems and work through them," said Halle. "I didn’t learn what to think; I learned how to think. So when I woke up one day in June and decided to make a coloring book with no prior experience, I was able to do it on my own because I had been taught how to teach myself.
