Celebrating the Founding of Rome

Logic & Rhetoric School Latin classes belatedly but most festively celebrated Founder's Day in honor of the April 21st founding of Rome and the heritage of ancient Rome. Latin 4 presented a dramatic interpretation of Rome's beginning, complete with a mythical wolf, warring twins and a fight to the death. Latin 6 has been translating early texts of the church this year and performed a comedic interpretation of the monastic life. The students also enjoyed ancient tests of skills such as chariot racing!
