The Regents Lions 2022 track & field season was one to remember! At the 2022 VACA State Championships this past weekend, the middle school boys team earned the state title! Alvin Hoffman and Luke Trivette (2 events) earned individual golds at the middle school level along with the boys 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 relays. At the high school level, Gideon Abbot and Morris Hoffman both brought home golds!

Across all four levels (MS Girls, MS Boys, HS Girls, HS Boys) this year there were 21 school records set in various events! As the team has grown, students have also started competing in the hurdles, long jump, triple jump, high jump, and shot put! Coach Muur is already preparing for the 2022 cross country season, where the varsity boys look to defend their state title! Go Lions!
