Quiz Bowl

Nine Regents Quiz Bowlers traveled to VCU recently for their first in-person tournament since COVID began, and just the third in-person tournament we've done as a team. The Regents A team, composed of Lucy Stelow, Abigail Keller, Finn and Knox Daniel all scored in the top half of the field individually, which was an accomplishment in an exceptionally strong field of teams. Our B team kept having fun throughout, despite the fact that almost no other team at the tournament had middle schoolers (one other team had an 8th-grader; we had three middle schoolers and they all got multiple high-school level toss-ups correct! Well done, Noah, Brayden, and John!
