Mammal Day in First Grade!

First graders picked a mammal to research and memorize three facts about to present on Mammal Day! The students also sing the Mammal March which teaches them about the orders of mammals and the characteristics of mammals. Mammal Day is one of many types of "Living History Days" in the Grammar School where students get the opportunity to delve deeply into a topic in a hands-on, immersive way.
